Start with internal quality control
The first available course is Understanding internal quality control, an introduction for entry-level laboratory staff. It explains what control results tell you, how to recognise a possible problem, and when to follow the laboratory procedure or ask for help.

How membership works
New member? Checkout creates your learning account using the email address you enter. After purchase, use the account email to set your password. Your receipt links to My learning, where your progress is saved.
Already have an account? Sign in before paying. If you are already signed in, the membership will belong to that account. To purchase for a different learner, log out first and use their email address at checkout.
Currently, membership includes the introductory IQC course only. Other courses will appear when reviewed and released; membership does not provide access to drafts.
You can cancel future renewals through My account. Cancelling renewal leaves access in place until the end of your paid period. The membership renews at £10 each year unless cancelled.
